Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the Director-General of the World Health Organization, praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his virtual participation in the 78th Session of the World Health Assembly, which endorsed the Pandemic Agreement.
Member states of the World Health Organization (WHO) unanimously approved the inaugural Pandemic Agreement, aiming to enhance global cooperation and guarantee a more robust and equitable response to future pandemics.
