A lookout notice has been issued against actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra in connection with an alleged Rs 60 crore fraud case.

The Mumbai Police has issued a Lookout Circular (LOC) against Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her businessman husband Raj Kundra in connection with a cheating case worth Rs 60 crore. The LOC, which is typically issued to prevent individuals from leaving the country during ongoing investigations, was initiated after complaints were filed against the couple regarding their alleged involvement in the fraud.

According to officials, the case pertains to accusations of financial cheating by Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty, where victims claim they were duped of a large sum running into several crores. The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Mumbai Police is probing the matter and has recorded statements from the complainants. The LOC ensures that both individuals will not be able to travel abroad without prior permission from investigative agencies.

This development adds to the ongoing legal troubles faced by Raj Kundra, who has previously been in the spotlight for other controversies, including his arrest in 2021 in connection with a pornography-related case. With the fresh LOC order, the authorities aim to ensure that both Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra remain available for questioning as the investigation into the ₹60 crore cheating case continues.
