Mumbai has been placed on high alert following a terror threat alleging that 34 vehicles, each carrying a ‘human bomb’ and a total of 400 kg of RDX explosives, are poised to detonate across the city. The threat, purportedly from a group named ‘Lashkar-e-Jihadi,’ claims that 14 Pakistani nationals are involved in the operation.

The message, received by multiple media outlets, warns of imminent attacks targeting crowded areas, including markets, railway stations, and tourist spots. Authorities have intensified security measures, deploying additional personnel and conducting thorough checks at key locations.

The authenticity of the threat is under investigation, with intelligence agencies working to verify the claims and assess potential risks. In the meantime, residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the authorities.

This development comes amid heightened security concerns in major Indian cities, following recent intelligence inputs about possible terror activities.
