Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar for a record 10th term at a grand ceremony held at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. The event also saw BJP leaders Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha take oath as the state’s Deputy Chief Ministers, completing the leadership team of the newly formed NDA government.

The ceremony was attended by several senior NDA leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National President JP Nadda, and chief ministers from allied states. Thousands of party workers, dignitaries, and citizens gathered at Gandhi Maidan to witness the historic occasion.

The swearing-in marks the formal beginning of the new government in Bihar following the NDA’s decisive victory in the recent assembly elections, with Nitish Kumar making history by returning as Chief Minister for the 10th time.
