Zubeen Garg’s final film, ‘Roi Roi Binale’, has created history by becoming the highest-grossing Assamese film of all time. Released on 31 October 2025, the movie has taken the Assamese film industry by storm, with packed theatres and unprecedented audience turnout across the state.
According to industry reports, the film has collected Rs 33.30 crore within just a month, surpassing all previous records in Assamese cinema. Within 12 days of its release, Roi Roi Binale had already crossed ₹16.66 crore, highlighting its massive popularity and the sustained interest of fans.
Beyond its box-office success, the film holds a special emotional significance for the people of Assam.
