    Rose petals (250 gm)

    Sugar (250 gm)


    1. At first, collect fresh preferably desi rose petals and wash them well.

    2. After drying the petals thoroughly, crush or finely chop the petals.

    3. Then mix the petals with sugar in an airtight jar.

    4. Keep the jar in sunlight for 2-3 weeks and stir them well clean dry spoon.
