PM Narendra Modi on Friday, May 30, hailed the Indian Army and gave a shoutout to Operation Sindoor during a rally in Kanpur, saying the operation had rattled India’s enemies and showcased the might of India’s homegrown defence systems like the BrahMos missile.
PM Modi pointed out that BrahMos missiles gave sleepless nights to the enemy during Operation Sindoor.
Addressing the gathering, PM Modi said the world had witnessed the anger of Indian daughters and sisters turn into action during Operation Sindoor. “We destroyed terrorist hideouts deep inside Pakistan, hundreds of miles in, entering their home,” he said.
PM Modi said the operation left Pakistan so shaken that they were forced to plead for an end to the conflict.
Sending out a stern warning to India’s enemies, PM Modi said, “Let no one be under any illusion. The one who was begging during Operation Sindoor must not forget — it is not over yet.”
