J&K Police filed an FIR against Bollywood influencer Orry and seven others, including a Russian national, for allegedly consuming alcohol at a hotel in Katra, near the Vaishno Devi shrine

Social media influencer Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, was one of eight individuals booked for allegedly consuming alcohol at a hotel in Katra, the base camp for pilgrims heading to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine in Reasi district, according to the police on Monday, March 17.

An FIR was filed by the J&K Police against the group for “violating the law” and a police team has been formed to track them down for “offending public sentiments,” the Jammu and Kashmir Police stated.

The Katra Police Station received a complaint on March 15, reporting that some hotel guests were caught consuming alcohol on the premises, which is against the rules.

As a result, the FIR was registered. Alongside Orry, those named in the FIR include Darshan Singh, Parth Raina, Ritick Singh, Rakshita Bhogal, Shagun Kohli, Rashi Dutta, and a Russian national, Anastasila Arzamaskina.
