Shots were fired at Elvish Yadav's house in Gurugram on August 17.

One of the men involved in the firing at YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav’s Gurugram residence has been arrested following a police encounter in Faridabad on Friday, August 22. The accused, identified as Ishant alias Ishu Gandhi from Jawahar Colony, opened fire at the Faridabad Crime Branch team with an automatic pistol, discharging more than half a dozen rounds. In retaliation, police shot him in the leg, after which he was apprehended and taken to a hospital for treatment.

The shooting incident took place on August 17, when three masked men arrived at Yadav’s Sector 56 residence around 5:30 am and fired at least 25 bullets. Fortunately, Yadav was away from Haryana at the time, and though his caretaker and family members were present inside, no one was injured in the attack.

CCTV footage captured the attackers arriving on a bike, with two of them stepping forward to open fire at the house. After pausing briefly, seemingly to reload their weapons, they resumed shooting before fleeing the spot. Police continue to investigate the case and are tracking down the remaining suspects.
