The upcoming complex that will house the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has been named ‘Seva Teerth’. This is part of the ambitious Central Vista redevelopment project, aimed at modernizing and consolidating key government offices under one roof to enhance coordination at the highest levels.

The new complex will see the PMO relocate from its 78-year-old address in South Block to a modern, state-of-the-art building. The move is expected to streamline administrative functions and provide updated facilities for the Prime Minister and the supporting staff.

The PMO will operate out of Seva Teerth-1, the first of three buildings being constructed under Executive Enclave-I, located next to Vayu Bhawan. This marks a significant step in India’s efforts to modernize its central government infrastructure while maintaining functionality and heritage.
