BTS Scripts History To Become First Artist In Billboard’s Global 200 Charts For Take Two Song

BTS’ recently released track Take Two tops Billboard’s Global 200, becoming the only artist to top the chart every year.

Billboard officially announced that BTS’ new digital single Take-Two had debuted at No.1 on both Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. US charts, which rank songs based on streaming and sales activity gathered from over 200 territories around the world. 

Take Two is a song released in honour of the 10th anniversary record-extending seventh leader on each list. The song garnered 60.2 million streams and 64,000 in worldwide sales from its June 9 release date through June 15 to reach No.1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart.  

BTS is currently on a hiatus from group activities. Two members, Jin and J-Hope, are completing their mandatory military enlistment, while the others are pursuing their own endeavours before their enlistment this year.
