Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has intensified his accusations of ‘vote chori’ (vote theft), targeting both the BJP and the Election Commission, as he alleged large-scale voter fraud in the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has accused election authorities in Haryana of allowing a serious case of voter fraud. He claimed that the photograph of a Brazilian model was used on 22 different voter ID cards in one constituency.

According to Gandhi, the same image appeared with different names such as “Seema,” “Sweety,” and “Saraswati.” He argued that this was not a clerical mistake but a deliberate attempt to manipulate the election.

Speaking to the media, he said, “A Brazilian model has apparently voted 22 times in Haryana under different names. This is an organised attack on democracy, not an error.”

Rahul Gandhi demanded that the ECI take immediate action. He asked for a detailed investigation, correction of voter lists, and accountability from the officials responsible.

The Congress party has also called for a forensic audit of the voter database in the affected areas. Leaders say that if such discrepancies are ignored, it could damage public trust in elections.
