Indian cricketer and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) pacer Yash Dayal has been accused of sexual harassment, mental and physical assault by a woman in Uttar Pradesh.
The case has taken a serious turn with an FIR officially registered against Dayal, and a formal complaint has also been submitted to the office of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, as the woman sought help from higher authorities after her plea went unheard locally.
According to the FIR, the woman claimed she had been in a five-year-long relationship with Yash Dayal and had even met his family during that time. She alleged that Dayal mentally, financially, and physically exploited her over the course of their relationship.
The complainant further stated that she later found out Dayal was involved in similar misleading relationships with other women, and this prompted her to take legal action.
