Arjun Tendulkar, has been engaged to Saaniya Chandok, the granddaughter of prominent Mumbai businessman Ravi Ghai

Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has become engaged to Saaniya Chandok, the granddaughter of prominent Mumbai businessman Ravi Ghai. The Ghai family is well known in the hospitality and food industries, owning the InterContinental hotel and the popular dessert brand Brooklyn Creamery. The engagement was a private celebration attended only by close friends and family members.

Currently representing Goa in domestic cricket, the 25-year-old Arjun is also part of the Mumbai Indians squad in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He began his professional journey with Mumbai during the 2020/21 season before moving to Goa, where he went on to make his first-class and List A debuts.

In red-ball cricket, Arjun has featured in 17 matches, amassing 532 runs, which include a century and two half-centuries, alongside 37 wickets. His IPL career so far spans five matches, where he has taken three wickets, with best figures of 1/9.
