Actor Shah Rukh Khan recently sustained a back injury while performing an action sequence for his upcoming film King. Khan has reportedly sustained a muscular injury while filming an intense action sequence. According to reports, the injury is not serious, and the superstar is recovering steadily. However, the incident has temporarily halted production, with filming expected to resume in September.
Following the mishap, Khan travelled to the United States and has since relocated to the UK, where he is currently recuperating with his family. A previously scheduled trip to Sri Lanka has been postponed to prioritize his health and recovery.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, King is generating significant buzz – not only for its action-packed narrative but also for marking the theatrical debut of Suhana Khan, last seen in Netflix’s The Archies. The film also boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Anil Kapoor, and Abhay Verma.
Despite the production setback, excitement surrounding King remains high. Fans have continued to pour in well-wishes for SRK, eagerly awaiting the film’s return to production later this year.
